Personal data protection principles

Our personal data protection principles are based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons and repealing Directive 95/46/EC  (General Data Protection Regulation).

Personal data controller

The personal data controller is TEMPO PACK s. r. o., IČO: 058 38 096, with its seat at K vápence 448, 415 03 Teplice - Řetenice, entered in the Commercial Register at the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem dated 22. 2. 2017, Section C, entry 39110 ("the Controller").

The Controller has not appointed a data protection officer.

The Controller shall not give personal data to a third country or international organisation.

The Controller shall process the following personal data: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number.

Sources and purpose of processing

The Controller acquires personal data directly from data subjects (customers) through order forms and contact forms. Personal data processing occurs for the purpose of communicating with customers and dealing with product orders, and only after consent is granted.

Personal data recipients

The Controller does not give personal data to third parties. An exception is processors who are carrying out tasks for the Controller and who have a Personal Data Processing Agreement signed with the Controller.

Security

The Controller considers personal data protection to be a priority. Personal data is protected to the maximum possible extent through technical and organisational measures. There is restricted access to all databases, with permission only granted to authorised persons. These persons are also bound by a duty of confidentiality.
